  Bonuses may only be used for the purposes specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds in game categories excluded from the promotion terms does not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture.

  2b77 reserves the right to apply a maximum winnings cap to any bonus offer. Where a cap applies, it will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Any winnings from bonus play that exceed the stated cap may be removed from your withdrawable balance at the time of withdrawal.

All games available on 2b77 — including slots, live casino table games, crash games, fish games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict relates to a specific game mechanic, in which case the game rules shall apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 2b77. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

  Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, sharing account access with third parties, or acting as an agent placing bets on behalf of others.

  Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. 2b77 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

2b77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 2b77 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2b77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical malfunction; losses resulting from reliance on information displayed on the Platform; or any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it.

While 2b77 applies SSL encryption and industry-standard security practices, no online system can guarantee absolute security, and 2b77 shall not be liable for any data breach resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on 2b77 — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 2b77 or its content and technology licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 2b77.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

2b77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 2b77 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12. Amendments to These Terms

2b77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of 2b77 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
